I’ve been building software for more than 20 years, and for the past decade I’ve worked as a system architect, aligning technology strategy, architecture, and teams (6-10 teams in an agile release train). I enjoy designing how things fit together, modernizing technology, and empowering teams.
My background blends engineering and research, and I like exploring new ways to think about problems. Lately, I’m focused on helping teams use AI effectively and assessing the impact on software development practices.
